This program will focus on the key, essential skills and behaviors a teller must master in order to achieve excellence.  The session will explore what a teller must do to develop and maintain an enviable reputation with both members and staff at the credit union.  Emphasis is placed on what to do and what to avoid.  Participants will learn and be reminded about topics such as dress code, dependability, and member service, plus critical steps to balancing, being accurate, following procedures, and adhering to policies.

SPEAKER: Honey Shelton Reed brings both a professional speaking background and hands-on financial institution expertise to her training engagements.  She has 25 years of experience as a training and quality improvement consultant for banks and banking associations across the country. Her banking background includes spending three years as Executive Vice President/Chief Retail Banking Officer with First Victoria National Bank.
